How it works

1 ) Please fill out your contact and property details on the form on the left.

2 ) You will then be asked whether you wish to pay securely online or by cheque.

If you pay online we will instantly email you an order confirmation number, which you can give to your Estate Agent. This will allow them to start marketing your property.

If you pay by cheque we will issue an order confirmation as soon as we have received the cheque and funds have cleared.

3 ) Our Domestic Energy Assessor in your area will contact you by telephone to arranage a convenient time to visit your property.

4 ) We will email you the energy report as soon as it is complete, this is normally within 5 days of receiving your order.

5 ) We will email you the completed HIP as soon as it is complete, this is normally within 10 days of receiving your order.
